Not long ago, I found myself in need of help with my doorbell that had issues connecting. It was pretty old, and I figured I’d explore my options before just grabbing a new one. The KooPower support crew got back to me super fast and guided me through some troubleshooting steps. Sadly, I ended up having to buy a new one, but I can't complain about the assistance I received.

This doorbell is fantastic! It's a solid little gadget at a fair price, but they really ought to improve their communication.

I got this because I was tired of constantly changing batteries and I’m all for doing my bit for the environment. It works like a charm; I sometimes miss the doorbell when I'm in the garage, so all you gotta do is plug the chimes into a regular socket wherever you want. You get two chimes in the package. Plus, it operates in temperatures as low as -20, which is way better than using batteries.

There was a bit of a wait for delivery, and I tried reaching out via email and phone but didn’t have much luck. I was about to give up when it finally showed up. Not sure if it was a Covid-related issue or something to do with the Suez Canal delays, but they really need to respond to emails. It took around four weeks to arrive.

In the end, I’m really happy with the product!

After making a purchase, I got an email thanking me for the order and saying I'd get another one when the items were shipped. Days went by, and I still hadn't received anything. Trying to reach out through their contact page was a total waste of time—no response at all. I even shot an email to the address they provided for questions, but it bounced back as nonexistent. I opted for tracked 48, expecting my order in three business days at the latest. Instead, it showed up a week later. If you're counting on speedy delivery, think again, and good luck trying to get in touch if your package goes missing because they won't reply. To top it off, they sent me the wrong item, so I've lost my cash and will be shopping somewhere else. Best of luck if you choose to go for it.

I got an email asking for my thoughts on my order, but it still hasn’t shown up!!

Last year, I picked up a couple of waterproof 100LED strips for the garden, and man, they really brighten things up when night falls and you see the shrubs and trees glowing. For the price, it's awesome that they come with a six-hour timer, so I’ve got it set to turn on at 5:30 PM and off at 11:30 PM. Thought these would be perfect Christmas gifts for our two daughters, so I ended up getting six more—two for each of them and a couple for us too.

I placed an order on their UK site. I was under the impression that there was NO customer service since I didn’t get any tracking details. A few days later, they reached out to me and sorted everything out. So, it's all good to go.

These lights are amazing! I put them on a houseplant that’s now outside on the patio to soak up the sun, and I can bring it back inside for the winter months.
